Once again, GAMPT was a guest in Aarhus, Denmark, to give a lecture on embolism at the renowned Scandinavian School of Cardiovascular Technology. The theoretical introduction was followed by a practical demonstration, during which participants had the opportunity to get to know and use the BubbleCounter, a specialized device for documenting gaseous microemboli.
The event was aimed at an international group of students training to become perfusionists at the school. The hands-on training with the innovative BubbleCounter enabled the prospective specialists to experience the latest technology in the field of heart surgery at first hand.
