The calibration of ultrasonic hydrophones represents a high financial and time expenditure for many users, so that the possibility of a secondary calibration in their own laboratory can be an interesting alternative for many.
At the end of our R & D cooperation project with PTB-Braunschweig “Development of a secondary pulse calibration system for ultrasonic hydrophones”, we presented the results at a meeting and workshop at our company at the end of January 2024.
In addition to demonstrating the calibration of a membrane and a lipstick hydrophone, there were interesting presentations with lots of information for the participants.
