For a price overview and the possibility to place an order it is required to create an account. Selected products are not available online and can be purchased only on request.

Shopping cart
Once you have found the right product, you can place it in your shopping cart. To do so, click the “Add to cart” button, which is located next to every online available product. By clicking on the shopping cart icon you get to the shopping cart overview with a list of all of your added products. In this overview you can change the quantity, delete individual articles from the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.
Checkout
When all your desired products are in the shopping cart, you can use the “Checkout” button to get to the order overview. In this overview you have the possibility to check your contact details and if needed change them temporarily, to enter an alternative delivery address and to choose your preferred payment method. After confirming our terms and conditions and data protection regulations, submit your order request by clicking the “Submit order” button.

You will then receive an email confirming our receipt of your order, including an overview of the order data you have given. This does not yet constitute a binding order confirmation. You will receive the binding order confirmation including an exact delivery date and payment modalities in an additional email after we have processed your order.

Pre-payment via bank transfer
By choosing the payment method “Pre-payment via bank transfer”, the total amount is due immediately after the receipt of our binding order confirmation and payable without any deduction. You will find our payment information together with the order confirmation. Please indicate your order number as reason for payment when making the transfer. The receipt of your payment on our bank account is a mandatory requirement for releasing your order for shipment.

Invoice
By choosing the payment method “Invoice”, you can comfortably pay within 14 days after the issue date of said invoice. You will receive the invoice in digital form as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that this option is not available for first-time orders.
We send our invoices and payment information paperless by email to the email address provided during the ordering process.

Shipping costs
We deliver free of shipping charge within Germany and the EU from a net order value of 100.00 Euros. For orders with a net order value of less than 100.00 Euros, we additionally charge a flat shipping rate of 9.95 Euros net.

Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the selected product group and the desired quantity. An exact delivery date is given on the binding order confirmation.
The following delivery times apply depending on the product group:
Products from “Higher education”, “School education”: 1 – 6 weeks
Products from “Sound field instrumentation”: 8 – 14 weeks

All information is considered to be “ex works”. The delivery period thus begins with the issue date of the order confirmation and is deemed to have been met once the goods have been made available in our factory or the readiness for dispatch has been communicated upon expiry of the period. The time a delivery company needs to actually deliver the good to the given delivery address has to be added to this period. We will gladly send you more information on this subject on request.
